John Lennon face-on in the round dark glasses, the hair drawn loose and outward in sanguine and grey, the face modelled tightly against a white sheet left almost bare. The glasses are the only solid black in the drawing.

Signed and dated lower right. Framed behind glass in plain black with a white mount.
